Accent Travel uses Trams by Sabre for it’s back-of-house accounting software. Trams is by far the most industry-recognized accounting program, which means that we are more organized and better prepared to handle any billing, invoicing, or payment issues that may arise. Trams also allows us to get our accounts reports and copies of travel docs for any time period.

Travelport offers us Worldspan, a “Matrix-like” GDS which allows us to connect to all the many vendors like airlines and hotels and car rental agencies to get up to the minute real-time rates and fares. Through Travelport, we have access to tools like Power Pricing and Low Fare Finder, that allows us to ensure the traveler is getting the best price available.

Only a select few agencies are part of Delta’s Preferred Agency Group. Accent Travel has for years had a special relationship with Delta and Delta Vacations. As a Preferred Agency, Accent can help it’s travelers in circumstances beyond their control.  Also for companies, we can enroll and manage your company Sky Bonus program.

As a National Car Emerald Club Agency, Accent Travel offers discounts and fee-waived memberships to corporate clients who do not qualify for volume discounts by themselves. We also have preferred pricing an upgrade options that we pass onto our travelers.

Grasp Technologies is the leading provider of reports to the travel agency. With Grasp, Accent Travel can automatically generate practically any report you may need and email it to you, such as monthly travel reports for easy credit card reconciliation, or weekly batch invoice delivery.

Magnatech specializes in creating professional invoices and itineraries that travelers and companies can easily read and use. Magnatech also provides us with unused ticket tracking, so everyone knows what is outstanding and can be applied to any future bookings.
