Are there any requirements to using an agency?
How It Works
First, Accent Travel is open to everyone. There are no minimums or requirements. We work with individuals booking a family trip or individuals like Sean travelling for work. We also work with companies booking a million dollars a year to companies taking only a couple trips a year. Accent Travel handles sports teams, non-profits, international students, as well as government groups and meetings. If you or your company is getting on a plane, need a car or hotel, we do it.
Second, there are no fees or costs up front. When you call us, there is no charge for trying us out. Once we get the details of your travel plans, we will tell you exactly what we can do for you, how much any fees may be, and even give you an itinerary, You only pay when you book. Here is how it works:
Step 1: Tell Us Your Needs
Call us at 800-426-0249, email us at book@accenttravelinlt.com, or fill out the Quick and Easy Travel Inquiry Form online here.
If it’s during office hours, an agent like Deb pictured here at Accent Travel will reach out to you and confirm your needs within an hour. At this point, Deb will make sure she has all the information she needs to get the best options. She will also based upon the complexity of the request tell you upfront what fees might be involved.
Step 2: Nail It Down
Deb will get to work and pull the best options. Depending upon the complexity of the booking, the target is again one hour to get back with you with an itinerary. If it’s just domestic airfare, this would take less time then if it’s a family wedding in Morocco with hotels and camels to rent. There may be some back and forth to nail things down.
If, for instance, this trip requires more than an hour of research and assistance, then we do have a research fee, which we will inform you of up front. The research fee is waived if you end up booking with us.
Step 3: Booking
Once you have your itinerary that you are happy with, we will then create the booking for you. We would fill out your profile and get all your information required to book, like name as it appears on your ID (very important), along with your credit card. We will have you fill out a credit card authorization form to have on file.
Note that rates change for airfare in particular several times a day. Booking is the only way to lock in the rate.
Step 4: Confirmations
Once the reservations are made, Deb will email you your final travel confirmations and itinerary, which includes all costs. The itinerary shows every leg of the trip with each booking number, price for each person, along with links to the vendor so you can easily check-in online and see more info.
You will also have our contact info if you need to make changes or have any questions, or, heaven forbid, something goes wrong while on your trip. There will be a 24/7 emergency number for off-hours so you will never have to worry.
