Accent Travel has been taking care of companies and business travelers since 1980. We proudly service million dollar travel spend accounts all the way to individuals whose company does not have a mandated travel program who have also used us for many years. Many of our accounts have been with us since we opened.

Here is what we do for our corporate accounts. First, we take care of the travelers. We have dedicated corporate agents, expanded in-office hours 9am-6pm EST, and 24/7 support. As soon as the traveler books, we email the invoice to the company, and the itinerary to the traveler. The itinerary has links so the traveler can easily check-in online.

Second, we are here for the company. We offer the best online booking tool, Concur Travel. Concur bookings are a third of the cost of an agent booking. We offer the best reporting features automatically emailed to any amount of contacts. One report is the Fare Saver, which shows the money saved on each flight booked. We have an accounting department that can handle any billing needs or questions with bill reconciliation. We have unused ticket tracking and will automatically apply credits to new bookings. And we offer corporate travel policy compliance, for example to put a limit on how much a traveler can spend on a hotel.
