• We will have multiple communication options so participants and the program can confidently arrange travel

• Accent has access to student and discount fares through airline consolidators and will continuously check for the best options for the travelers

• We can make changes or deviations as requested, and will keep all parties advised, both travelers and coordinators of such changes

• We offer travel insurance, visa assistance, and 24/hour emergency service for piece of mind for all parties
