Once booked, the fees are non-refundable. Fees do not include any supplier fees, if any.

Book Air, Car and Hotel Bundle -Domestic

For one party with one form of payment for one trip in the United States, price includes booking air and car and hotel. Price is same for air only. $10 for each additional person for same trip with same form of payment, up to four people.

For one party with one form of payment for one trip in the United States, for either a car or hotel booking. Price is same for corporate Concur bookings.

Book Air, Car and Hotel - International

For one party with one form of payment for one trip for most places in the world, price includes booking air and car and hotel. Price is same for air only. Additional people for same trip with same form of payment, $20 each up to four people.

Research Fee

For complicated bookings that will take more than an hour of research time, we will inform you upfront of fees. The fee is waived if booked.
